Unfortunately, as our items are all custom made, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
Order Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within 4 hours from the time you placed your order, pending your order has not been printed, without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 4 hours from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you places the order. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by email - sales@coastal-co.com of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

If your order arrives and it is faulty or damaged, please email the following information to sales@coastal-co.com

- Name of customer
- Email address used when placing the order
- Description of issue with item
- Photograph of damaged or faulty item
